The MalleoTrain anklet is composed of an elastic, but well-fitting knitted fabric, which exerts a differentiated pressure massage with each movement, thus stimulating the receptors present in the skin and muscles. This helps the nervous system better control leg musculature. This massaging action simultaneously releases tension and stimulates blood circulation. Get back in shape faster A light pressure applied to the right points relieves pain: the operating principle is the same as that applied when rubbing the painful area after a bump. MalleoTrain is equipped with two viscoelastic inserts, external and internal, individually adapted and positioned behind the malleolus, the so-called pellots. The latter transmit the pressure exerted by the knitted fabric from the malleoli to the surrounding soft tissues.
