Description: Up for sale today are packages of delicious Norwegian lefse made by Countryside Lefse in the small, rural community of Blair, Wisconsin (population 1,366). It comes in the more traditional shape of a piece of pie and is THE BEST LEFSE I have been able to find! One package should serve 2-3 adults. The package sent to you will either be "Festival" or "Countryside" branded -- both are the same size and made by the same company in the same way; just different packaging. Orders of single packages will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage while orders of multiple packages will be shipped using Priority Mail. If speed is of concern and you are willing and able, I would suggest using a 1 or 2 day service. Both UPS and FedEx are really good at getting packages delivered in the indicated timeframe, but they do not deliver on weekends.
