Description: This Hannah Montana Malibu Beach House is in good pre-owned condition. It is big, and it stands about 27 inches tall. The doll house shows an incredible amount of detail from the window panes to the doors, which open and close, right down to the milk and eggs in the refrigerator. This is a pre-owned doll house, and there are some issues which should be noted. The coverings on the floors show some discoloration and wear, as shown in the photos. Hannah has upgraded with a new coordinated Oriental rug (included) to cover the spot on the lower floor. In addition,some of the decorative white strips (trim) on the exterior of the doll house are beginning to pull away. Please see photos for an example of this cosmetic wear. All furniture shown in the photos is included. There is a nice assortment, and the furniture is in excellent condition. You would spend a lot of money buying all these pieces individually!
