Description: This is a beautiful Baraboo Quartzite Axe. Made in a variation of the Guilford or "Bowtie" style. One of the more amazing axe heads I've found. I've made it into a one, or two-handed tool. meant to be weilded in combat or utility. The head is heavy, sharp, and incredibly well-formed. This blade was found by me personally, in Dane County WI. A sincere tribute to those that came before us. *Intended for display only (but I made them right, so they'll work in a pinch). 21 1/2" overall length, 5 1/4" head width.
