Description: Ossur Iceross Dermo Sil Prosthetic Locking Liner - Size 3/50 Ossur Dermo liners are made of soft white silicone inside and have a cloth cover over the outside. The Dermo liner is turned inside out and rolled up on the skin and once applied inserted into the prosthesis. The silicone fits over the skin, it provides an airtight seal holding it in place against the skin. Once the liner is applied the patient slides their residual limb and liner inside the prosthesis and the liner attaches itself into the bottom of the socket thus holding the liner and prosthesis in place. The soft silicone also cushions the skin to decrease irritation.
