Size on belt is 38, but check ALL of the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, compare to one of your own belts as these belts run smaller than than your actual waist size: Measures 43.5 inches long including the buckle and has 5 notch holes. Measures 37.5 inches to the first notch hole and 40.5 inches to the last notch hole (including buckle.) It would likely fit a 35-36 inch waist the best.
