Vintage ADAM Homborg/Godfather Style Hat w/box-7 1/8 size

Description: This is a Vintage Homborg style hat by ADAM. The Homborg style is also referred to as a 'Godfather' hat since it was popularized by the Godfather movie. The ADAM brand is famous for quality hats. The color is Havana which is gray. It has a black hat band. The size is 7 1/8 as noted on the tab inside the hat. There are three things imprinted on the leather band inside the hat: ADAM First Name in Hats and Sportswear...Executive Quality Aquashed Treated for Water Repelancy...Pliant-Eze Cushioned for Head Comfort. The hat is in great vintage condition with a few tiny spots of missing felt on the outside which are only visible upon close examination and does not affect the look of the hat. The only issue inside is the amber colored plastic which is brittle and flaking but can be easily removed if so desired. The original box is not in very good shape. Three sides of the lid are missing and the cardboard is becoming unstable. All in all it's a great looking vintage hat.
