Description: This vintage Day of the Dead “Arbol de Muerte” (tree of death) folk art diorama is exceptional! The tiny birds, the angel and devil in each of the top corners, the “grim reaper” on the boat & lurking in the bottom corner, the moon, the little boat, and the wonderful skeletons (bride, groom, priest, others)—it’s just fantastic, and beautifully made, too. Please note that the "tree" is flush against the back of the box. In great vintage condition with no damage to report. It measures approximately 7.5 x 5 inches x 1.75 inches deep and has a glass front. Unsigned & with no hanger on the back. Wish I had the right place to put it! Please take a close look at the photos. Sorry about the reflections—it was a bit hard to photograph well.
