Description: This is an original vintage (early 20th century) bench or stool, shorter in length than a standard piano bench but perfect for a variety of uses. The frame is solid wood (looks like mahogany) and the top is needlepoint made with dyed wool yarn with a floral pattern in the center. The entire piece is in excellent original condition. There is very little wear anywhere, except some minor scuffs and worn spots in the finish on the legs. The top is mint and the original gauzy fabric is intact on the bottom. The entire piece is sturdy, solid, and fully functional. The legs screw in place at each corner and will be removed for shipping. The screws have a square head that will need to be gripped with a wrench to screw back in. The bench measures 17 1/4" L x 15 1/4 in W x 19 1/2" H. All pieces will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping. Please provide a street address for shipping as this will not be delivered to a PO box.
